Peter McGrath is a Program Manager for the University of Rochester Medical Center - Center for Community Practice (CCP).
In this role, he is responsible for program management of services provided under CCP’s CDC Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) Program, as well as providing direct training and technical assistance services. He has been working in the field of HIV and STI prevention for over 25 years.
Prior to joining the CCP team, Peter worked as a Disease Intervention Specialist Supervisor with the Monroe County Department of Public Health (MCDPH), where he provided oversight for the daily operations of STD control and surveillance, including HIV CTR services at the MCDPH STD Clinic.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Rochester.
Peter is passionate about working with programs that support underserved communities, and traveling with his family.
